How to request deletion of your account and associated data

  1. Email us at: info@epohk.com
  2. Send the request from the same email address associated with your Epohk account.
  3. We will process your request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account
  • All associated deal data
  • Uploaded documents

Data retention

We delete all user account data upon request.

We may retain limited information if required to comply with legal obligations (such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial record-keeping).
