• Payment and banking information: payment amounts, counterparties, transaction status, linked bank account metadata (such as institution name and account last-four), and tokens or identifiers needed to process payments through our payment partners. We do not use your account for advertising.
• Business and workflow content: invoices, deal or transaction records, messages, notes, contacts, and other content you create or upload in connection with the Services.
• Uploaded content: documents, files, images, and other materials you provide.
• Technical information: IP address, device type, app version, push notification tokens, and basic operational logs necessary to maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• Support information: messages, attachments, and other details you provide when contacting us.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Epohk platform and Services.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts and workspaces.
• Process payments, payment requests, refunds, and related settlement activity through our regulated payment partners.

• Facilitate workflows you choose to run on Epohk, including document sharing, deal or invoice coordination, and notifications between parties.
• Respond to support requests and service issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information:

• With trusted service providers that support our platform (such as hosting, authentication, infrastructure, identity verification, banking/Plaid connections, payment processing, messaging, and customer support).
• With parties involved in a payment or workflow at your direction (such as payers, payees, teammates, or other participants).
• With payment, banking, and compliance partners as needed to open accounts, link banks, move funds, and meet anti-money-laundering and related requirements.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our platform.

We do not use personal information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including payment and KYC recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
